NIGHT WATCH NUXTRE

From Wren Abernathy's field journal, SIGHTINGS. The moving grid at the foot of the homepage, at night, with the lamp on. Everything on the grid comes toward you — a cursor, a packet of light, a sticker from that corner, a line of the grid that stutters, a moth at the lamp — and the Horizon Walker goes the other way, low, back toward the horizon. Report what you saw, not what you concluded: tap the Walker. Anything else is a control observation, and the lamp burns lower; three and it's out. A night with nothing false is a clear one. Seven nights, 01:00 to 03:00, the Walker fainter and briefer each, and from the fifth, more than one. Wren keeps the notes. It is a story they are telling.

A click or a tap reports what is under it. On the keyboard, TAB or the arrows ring each thing in turn and SPACE reports it. P turns the lamp down, M mutes.
