About

WPS Office is an office suite developed by Kingsoft Office Software and distributed internationally by WPS Software in Singapore. It combines a word processor, a spreadsheet editor, a presentation editor and a PDF tool in one program, with open files shown as tabs in a single window. The ribbon-style editors work with Microsoft Office formats such as DOCX, XLSX and PPTX. Versions are available for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, and a WPS account syncs documents through its cloud storage. The free Standard tier includes basic PDF features and 1 GB of cloud space but shows some advertising. A Pro+ subscription removes ads and adds PDF editing and conversion, 20 GB of storage and AI tools with daily usage limits.
