About
PDF Arranger is a small, free and open-source program for rearranging the pages of PDF files. Every page appears as a thumbnail, so you can drag pages into a new order, delete or duplicate them, rotate and crop them, insert blank pages, and combine several documents into one before saving the result as a new PDF. Selected pages can also be exported to a separate file, which is a simple way to split a document. It works on whole pages only and does not edit the text or images inside them. It is written in Python with GTK and developed by volunteers. Linux users can install it from most distributions, Flathub or the Snap Store, and Windows users can choose an installer or a portable version.
- Drag-and-drop page reordering with thumbnails
- Merge several PDFs into one
- Rotate, crop, delete and duplicate pages
- Export selected pages to a new file
- Windows installer or portable version
Before you download
- No official macOS build; on a Mac, the built-in Preview app can merge and reorder pages.
- Works on whole pages only; it cannot edit the text inside a PDF.
