About
UltraViewer is a small remote desktop program for Windows aimed at people who support friends, family or customers at a distance. The person being helped shares the ID and password shown in their UltraViewer window, and the helper uses them to connect and control the screen. A chat window, toggled with a hotkey, stays available during the session, and files can be sent in either direction from it. The person on the other end can watch everything that happens and take back control at any moment. One helper can control several computers at once, or share their own screen with several viewers. The free version covers everyday use, while paid Lite, Professional and Premium plans remove ads and add extras such as an address book, larger file transfers and remote wake-up.
