If your PC has an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, the NVIDIA App is the official way to install and update its driver. It also offers optimised game settings, an overlay for recording and performance stats, and graphics settings that used to live in the old Control Panel. Signing in is optional. If you only want the driver, you can also download it on its own from NVIDIA's driver page and skip the app.
