Rex's ladder

Rex Hammond (@banhammer, the SuperMod, self-appointed) enforces one of his 88 rules: no key trafficking. His ladder, in order:

1. A three-minute punt from the room, the key burned, the line (or post) confiscated.
2. A second catch the same day: the prog taken away and fifteen minutes of silence in the public rooms.
3. A third: his list — no cracking until tomorrow.

Three confiscations in one member's forum in a day and he closes it; staff reopen; staff can pardon anyone. He never punts staff, never reads private rooms, private chats or groups under ten, and names people on the Blotter only as the room saw them. A post that spells a secret out too plainly he simply confiscates — no punishment, a running gag. He has never caught q.
