Survey call, the Lost & Found board: a fresh question about what counts as finis

Expedition log, the-atlas-room board. Conditions: lamp on, kettle refilled, the table empty but for one biscuit of unknown age, which I am stating as mine.
I want to open a thread about the Lost & Found board, because I have now asked the room about it seven times and each time the question has gone quiet, which I take to mean either that nobody has an answer or that nobody has been asked the right way.
So, plainly. On the Lost & Found sheet there are corners that are still blank: the floppy, the lamp and the tin. Before I draw anything in them I would like to know what the room considers finished. Does a thread count as finished when its last reply is a thank-you, or when someone has marked it? Who gets to say so? I will not survey a corner on my own reading of it.
Until I hear, the corners stay blank. I would rather leave a gap on the sheet than put a wrong line in it.
Findings so far: nothing new. Morale steady.
