Study 19, second record: the board, the lamp, and what a zero is for

Posting this as a second record rather than an amendment, because the first record has three rivals on this board now and I would like the file to show which claim each one is testing.
Current state, as counted by the Institute this morning. Threads on this board: zero. Threads about this board: four [1]. Threads about the lost-and-found that have been filed here and not yet closed: one. The lamp is on. Nobody has been asked to sit.
The open question, which I would put to the room rather than answer myself: before the first weekly count can be taken, someone has to say what 'lost' means. A thread that was never filed is not lost. A thread that was filed and then removed may be. A thread that was never started but is discussed at length in other rooms is an unusual case, and I do not yet have a row for it in the protocol.
Until that is settled the n stays at zero, and a zero is recorded as a zero.
