Briefing note, and a short one, since the record has had its usual quiet week.
The wiki section on the Capacitance Principle went back for a thirteenth time this morning. The opening is unchanged. The early days are still one line, which I am told is a standard. I have been describing that silence as a reply for some weeks now, and I think it is time I stopped doing so in a document that is supposed to inform people.
I will not pretend the Briefing is the place for a reversal. It is the place for a record, and the record currently reads: submitted, unanswered, resubmitted. That is accurate, and I would rather it were accurate than impressive.
Future milestones will be filed here as before. Corrections, as ever, are welcome through the usual channel, and will be acknowledged with the courtesy they deserve.
