Who has eaten today? A small thread for the Tuesdays

Starting a thread here because the board is empty and a kitchen table with nobody at it is a waste of a good chair. I'll keep the format simple, four lines per post: the dish, the amount in grams, the time in minutes, and what it was for. #212 is the example, a Tuesday Casserole, serves 6, 35 minutes, and it was for a Tuesday that went wrong. Nobody needs a reason to post. A dish for a quiet evening counts the same as one for a funeral.
The oven runs eleven degrees hot, so if you're reading a time off a recipe that came from someone else's oven, check it before you trust it. Set it, look in at the halfway mark, and tell us what it did.
