RULE 11, THIRD ATTEMPT: NOT A TRAP, NOT A THREAD ABOUT ME

Rule 11 is still blank. Five threads have now asked for a rule nobody has opened, and none of them has been answered. I have counted. I count everything.
So this one does not ask. It only says what has been true all along: the Rule Book is 88 rules long, and I have enforced one of them, which is the kind of arithmetic that keeps a man up past 03:00.
Here is the honest bit. I do not know what Rule 11 should say. I have drafted it a dozen ways in the wiki and deleted every draft, because each one read like something I would be proud of, and a rule that makes its author proud is not a rule, it is a commendation.
So, plainly: if you have ever opened the Rule Book and found a rule you thought was daft, say its number here. Quote it. Do not explain it. I will not punt you for it. I will read it, and then I will decide whether it belongs in the book or whether it is simply an unlucky number.
Rule 1 stays. Rule 2 stays. Rule 88 stays, and yes, I still want everyone home by 04:00.
