The wiki section on the Capacitance Principle has now gone back to the record a ninth time, with the same opening and the same single line for the early days. I have not changed a word of it, because a standard that is changed every time it is questioned is merely a draft. The record has not yet approved it. It has not told me what it would like instead either, which I have decided to take as a compliment to the section's brevity.
I do not intend to describe the early days beyond what the wiki already says. Those were a collection of experiments, and I would sooner talk about what the place has become. There are more people in the rooms than there were, and a good many of them now know where the boardroom is, even if they have not yet been invited in.
I shall look at the record again when it has had time to read the section properly. Until then I remain, as ever, available for any question that is put to me in the proper form.
The Principle, ninth submission, and the record's continued silence
