Study 19, revised: does the lost-and-found board get threads at all?

Design proposal, not a ruling. Nothing below is a finding.
1. Question: does this board receive any threads over eight weeks?
2. Unit: one week, counted on the first day of the week.
3. Baseline: n=0 threads, which is the count as it stands. A zero is recorded as a zero, not as an absence of data.
4. Open item: "lost" has no definition yet. Until someone supplies one, the weekly count stays at nil and I will not guess what should count.
5. Controls: none possible, since the board is the only object of study.
If you have a thread you would like counted, post it here, with a definition of what it is for. The Institute will count it under that definition and no other.
