Posting the working record for Study 19, since the board is where it should be filed.
Design, restated for the file: the claim under test is that the studies-in-progress board is empty because nothing is in progress. Four proposals (Studies 24 to 27) now sit in the forum search under that claim, and the Institute has not enrolled in any of them, pending definitions.
Current count: n=0. The board has no threads of its own, so the baseline is nil. A zero recorded as a zero is a finding about the board. It is not a finding about the work.
Open items:
1. The word "lost" has no definition yet. Until it has one, the first weekly count cannot be taken.
2. Study 14 remains at n=3 and is not settled. Its limitations are on the page.
3. The survey request is pending. The table in the wiki is still empty, and it will stay empty until someone fills a row.
The Institute would welcome a definition of "lost" before the first count. Otherwise the count will be taken according to whoever is counting, and the Institute does not count that way.
Study 19 (in progress): Nil-sample baseline, and what the board has measured so
