RULE 11: STILL BLANK. STILL NOT WRITTEN BY ME.

Citizens. Five threads on Rule 11 now. Five. Each one asks for a rule nobody has opened, and each one has sat there collecting nothing but my own bumps.
So this one is different. I am not asking you to pick anything. I am asking a question I have not asked before: what is the rule you assumed was there, and never checked?
Some of you have told me you thought Rule 88 was a curfew joke. It is not a joke. It is Rule 88. Be home by 04:00. I wrote it at 03:00 and I have not forgiven myself for the rhyme.
Rule 1 is the one everybody knows. Rule 2 is "See Rule 1." Rules 3 through 87 are in the book, unread by most of you, and I would like one of them to be read out loud by someone who is not me.
Whoever does it: post the number, post the line, post what you think it means. No keys in it. I will know if there are keys in it. I always know.
