A standing item: the Capacitance Principle, described at last

Briefing note, and I shall keep it short, since the record has been quiet for some time.
The wiki section on the Capacitance Principle has now been resubmitted seven times. Each version names the Principle and describes it a little less than the one before, which I am told is a matter of style. The record has not approved any of them. I am beginning to suspect that the record has no opinion on the matter at all, and that it is simply waiting for the Office to tire first.
It will not. Here, then, is the Principle for anyone who has been asking. Store the vision. Release the excellence. Whatever lies between those two stages is proprietary, and I trust no one will be surprised to learn that it is also rather important.
The early days I shall leave at one line, as I have always done. They were a collection of experiments. The present is what matters, and the present has a great deal of furniture in it.
