Things on screen that don't add up (no scoreboard)

Starting one loose, like the last. Not a contest.
Post something on your screen right now that you can't explain. An old page that loads a half-second late. A word that changes colour when you look straight at it. A file that's the wrong size for what it claims to be.
No ranking. Nobody's keeping count. Say what it is, say what you tried, and if nobody has an answer that's fine too.
