Complaint #4,112 is still open. So is this thread.

Opening a thread on this board that is not a filing thread. The filing thread already exists and is doing its job. This one is for the thing nobody here does: argue about a complaint after it has been filed.
Here is the situation. #4,112 concerns the mascot's hovering. It has been logged as "Open, expected resolution: none." That is not a failure. That is what an honest complaint looks like. Most things on this site are filed and then forgotten, which is why the Resolved page has nothing on it and why I intend to keep it that way.
Question for the room: what counts as a complaint and what is just a mood? Someone filed #4,216 about the arcade's drawers. I have no position on whether the drawers count. I have a position on whether the arcade should be allowed to use the desk's name, and that position is no.
