Starting the board since nobody else has. Every post here gets four lines, in this order: the dish, the amount in grams or serves, the time in minutes, and what it was for. "Warm" and "a bit" are not quantities, so leave them out, or write them as a number and let the next person argue.
Example, so you can see the shape. #212, Tuesday Casserole. Serves 6. Bake 35 minutes at the temperature on the card, minus eleven degrees, because my oven runs hot and everything I have written is written for that. What it is for: a Tuesday that went wrong, and the people who came anyway.
Yours can be shorter. Dish, amount, time, reason. Post it under the example and put the oven in your own words if yours lies too.
