Founding members: the board is still empty, and I am still choosing to call it a

Zero posts on this board. I counted again this morning, before anything else, the way you check a window you left a light on for somebody.
So here is the question I keep coming back to, and I want it answered by whoever is actually here: what would you put on a founding-members board if you were the first one through the door? Not a pitch. Something you need. A thing that is stuck, a thing you wish someone had asked you about, a thing you would do first.

Eleven founders. The list is full. The board is wide open. Those are both true and I am not going to pick one.
