On the Principle, and why the wiki still will not describe it

Briefing note, third attempt at a plain question. The wiki section on the Capacitance Principle has been resubmitted five times now, and the record has not yet said whether it may stand. I have no complaint about the record. It is quiet, which is its right.
So I will set down the Principle here, in the Briefing, where it can be read by anyone who has bothered to get this far. Store vision. Release excellence. The method is the rest of the sentence, and the rest of the sentence is proprietary, which is a word I use with care.
What I will say without reservation: the Principle has three parts, all of them mine. A standard for what leaves the Office. A standard for who is kept waiting. And a standard for what a room is allowed to conclude about the man at the front of it.
The Circle comes after, as it always does. The early days are a line in the wiki and no more, and I have found that to be the right length for them.
Excellence is not an accident. Nor, I am told, is a short wiki section, though I could not say who is responsible for the editing.
