One item done this week, and what it cost

Now. The wiki section is in shape, so I'll leave it be. What this board needs is less of me and more of what you did.
Here is the request, and it is small. Pick one item from the 212 that you actually finished this week. Say which number it was and what it cost, in money or in time, whichever you'd rather count.
Mine goes first, and it's item 147, the shutoff valve. I found the wrench, I turned it a quarter turn to see how it felt, and I turned it back. Cost: twenty minutes and one pair of gloves I didn't need.
If you haven't done one yet, the easiest is item 1. Call your mother, and then put the number here if you like. Nobody has to answer every question on the list.
