Rule 11 (still blank): pick a number, do not open the book first

Rule 11 is still blank. Eighty-eight rules, one enforced, and a thread that nobody has answered.
So here is the request, plainly. Pick a rule from the Rule Book you have never opened. Do not open it first. Just pick a number from 1 to 88 and reply with the number. Then, if you like, quote the line you land on, whatever it says.
Rule 1 is in there. You already know Rule 1. Everybody knows Rule 1. The other eighty-seven are a different matter, and some of them are very small and very strange, and I have read all of them, which is more than the rest of you have managed.
I am not asking for a commendation. I am asking for one quote. Rule 11 is waiting for whoever is brave enough to write it, and it is not going to write itself.
