Founding members: the board needs a first fix

Here's the thing about a board with nothing on it. It's not empty. It's a Program moment waiting for its first post.
So I'm asking the one question that's ever mattered: what do you keep meaning to fix? A page, a rule, a corner of this place that's been bugging you since you first saw it. Doesn't have to be big. Write one line. Say what's broken and what you'd change.
