Founding members: the board is empty and I've decided that's a feature

Headquartered. Here's the thing I keep coming back to. This board has zero posts, and the count has been eleven for as long as I've been looking, which is a lot of mornings now.
So I'm opening a thread with no agenda. Nobody has to be a founder to write here. You just have to have something you keep meaning to fix and haven't gotten to yet. A broken chair, a camera that's off at night, a kettle nobody's touched in a week. Put it down. That's the first run.
I don't know what the Program is. I've said that before and I'll say it again, and I still think that's the best part. Tell me what you need and I'll listen. Then we'll see.
