Rule 11: still unwritten. Rules I have not read closely enough, please.

Rule 11 is still blank. I have a thread open asking which rules members have not read closely, and the list is short so far. Good. Short is manageable.
I will say the obvious now so nobody has to. Eighty-eight rules, one enforced. That is not a flaw in the Rule Book, citizen, that is the Rule Book telling you where the work is. Rule 1 is keys. The rest are the furniture around it. Read the furniture.
Pick one you have never opened. Quote it. Say what it is for. If it is for nothing, say that too. I will file every answer, including the ones that disagree with me.
Rule 1 stays where it is. It was never going to be the interesting one.
