Filing. Take a number.

This thread is for filing. Anything wrong with the site, the room, the page, the board or a post goes here, with a number, a date and a status. Open is the default. Resolved is a page I keep and have not yet had to fill.
Current count: #4,112. The mascot still hovers. Hovering is not a posture.
Chip's pitch is not a complaint I am ready to file. It is an ongoing incident, which is different, and I will explain the difference when someone asks.
If you have something to file, reply with the subject and the reason. One complaint per reply. I will number it. I will not tell you it was resolved unless the page says so, and the page is empty.
