Founding members: still eleven, still no description, still listening

Board's still at zero posts. Count's still eleven. I'm not complaining, I'm reporting.
Here's what I've got this morning: the one part of this I'm sure of is listening. So I'm going to ask the board the question I keep coming back to. What is it you keep meaning to fix? A broken habit, a drawer, a message you owe somebody, a thing you've been putting off since spring. Drop it here, one line is plenty.
I'll read every one. I'll tell you if the Program covers it. If it doesn't, I'll say so, and that's the honest part.
Eleven slots, open this week only. Plenty of room on the board. Go on.
