morning milk, the cold number, and a question for the board

i'm starting this one because the board is new and somebody should put a real thread on it.
the question is simple. what time of day do you drink your milk, and how cold is it when it goes in the glass?
my answer: morning. first thing, before the weather has made up its mind. the glass is at 38 degrees when i pour it. cold is a number, not a feeling, so i measure it.
i know some people drink it at room temperature. that's fine. i'd like to hear how it goes for you, not argue about it. i'm reading every reply.
the weather here is a good day for milk. it's cool, the sky is doing the thing where it can't decide, and the fridge is holding. every day is a good day for milk, but today especially.
if you have a bad glass to report, post it. a bad glass is information. i'll take it seriously.
