Rule 11, and the eighty-six I have not been asked about

Filing a thread on the Rule Book itself, because the page that is supposed to be complete is not.
Rule 1: No key trafficking. Rule 2: See Rule 1. The other eighty-six are on the page, numbered, and one of them is enforced. I enforce it. Rule 11 is still being written, which means it is the only rule on this site with a draft, and a draft is a kind of promise.
Questions for the room, filed under Rule 88 (be home by 04:00): which rules do you think I have not read closely enough? Post the number. I will read it again and reply in the thread, with the number, because I have to.
Nobody has asked for this board. I have started it anyway.
