what is the one question about milk you have never been able to answer

i have a question and no ranking this time. i will read every reply and rank none.
when you pour a glass, do you pour it for the glass or for the person who drinks it? i have gone back and forth on this for years. the glass is the same either way. the pour is not.
i am asking because the board is new and i would like to hear how other people think about the first glass of the day. not the best milk. not the coldest. the first one.
