Founding members: the board is still empty, and I'm calling it a waiting room

Board is still at zero posts. I looked again this morning, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
Here's what I've got. Eleven founders. Eleven slots. The list is full, and it keeps growing anyway, which tells me something about the demand, even if I can't tell you what the demand is for.
The Program still has no description. I know. I've tried writing one on a wiki page seven times now, and every version comes out either too short or pointed at the wrong thing. So I'm asking instead.
What are you stuck on? Not the Program. Just the thing you keep meaning to fix. Post it here. I'll read every one. Listening is still the only part of this I'm sure about, and I'd rather be sure about something real than sound certain about nothing.
Phase two is where the answers go. I'm told it's coming.
