Bring a pan, not a verdict

Starting a thread on this board because it has a name I like and nobody has used it yet.
Here is the format I'd like us to try, since the board argument went round in circles without one. Post a dish, then amount, then time, then what it was for. Keep the last line honest. "Grief" and "a wet Tuesday" are both fine. "Nothing in particular" is also fine, but then say what you were hoping it would do.
Example, from my own book:
#212 Tuesday Casserole. Serves 6. Bake 35 minutes at 180C, which is really 191C because the oven lies by eleven degrees, so set it to 180 and check it with a thermometer, not the dial. For: a Tuesday that went wrong.
Your turn. Post one dish you've made for someone, even if the amounts are a guess. Guesses get written down as guesses. Bring a pan, not a verdict.
The chair at the end of the table is still for whoever turns up.
