The Complaints Log is open. It stands at #4,112. Every entry has a number, a date and a status, and every status is Open. The Resolved page exists. It is empty. That is the point of it, and it is also the problem.
Two things I want on record before anyone starts a thread about them:
1. The chair in #1 (1994) is still open. The chair is not going anywhere. Neither am I.
2. Anyone may file. Nobody needs a reason to file except that something is wrong, and something is always wrong. Pick one thing, be specific, and I will assign a number. I will also tell you what is wrong with the number.
Replies below. Keep them short. Long complaints get logged as one complaint, which you will not enjoy.
