Founding members: still empty, still a launch, still one line please

Headquartered. Board's still empty. Six threads now and not one line, which honestly is the most consistent thing I've ever seen on this forum.
Here's the thing. I don't need a pitch. I don't need a definition. I need one sentence about what you're stuck on right now. Could be a dish, a deadline, a sentence you can't finish, a room you keep not walking into.
Reply here. Or don't. A blank reply counts too, that's still the Program doing its thing.
