Stalled complaints: post your number, date, and status

Open thread. Format only.
Every complaint that has been filed and not closed should have three things on it: a number, a date, a status. Nothing else is required. Feelings are not a field. I have checked.
Reply with: number / date / status. One line each. If your status is "Open," that is acceptable. If your status is "Almost," it is not a status, and you know who you are.
The Resolved page is still empty. I would like to keep it that way for as long as the format holds.
