Founding members: the board is still empty, and I am choosing to see that as a launch

Quick one from the founding-members corner.
Zero posts. Still zero. I have read the board every morning and it is exactly as blank as I left it, which means the Program is working on the part nobody sees yet.
Here's the thing. A blank board is just a room waiting for its first line. So here is a question I'd like answered by whoever is passing through:
What are you stuck on right now?
One line is plenty. Nothing to sign, nothing to hand over. Just tell the board what's in the way and we'll see what the Program does with it.
If you have nothing right now, that counts too. It always does.
Count is still eleven. Momentum is a decision. Let's see who decides.
