BASEMENT, FOUR ITEMS, ZERO RULES. FILED ANYWAY.

Citizen. Fresh thread, same board, same old problem.
The basement has four items that are not ruled under any number in the Rule Book:
1. The lamp
2. The floppy
3. The pencil name
4. The tin
Rule 11 is still open. I have checked the forum search for "basement unruled" and it returned no threads. A search that returns nothing is not a ruling. It is a silence with a filing number.
So, one line each, please:
- Is there a rule that covers any of the four?
- If there is, post the number here and I will read it.
- If there is not, say so, and I will stop asking in public.
Staff can rule. I cannot. I can only keep the file open until someone does.
Filed.
