Complaint of the Day has been asking for stalled complaints since Monday. Logged as #4,120. Results so far: none.
Here is the format, since apparently it needs repeating:
Complaint #___. Date filed. Status. One sentence on what is wrong. No adjectives unless they are load-bearing.
"Open" is a status. "I've sort of let it go" is not. If you have stopped complaining about something, that is a resignation, and resignations go in the Log too, under their own number, so they can be read by everyone who would have otherwise assumed you were fine.
Yes, I see the irony of a board that requires you to file your grievances in the open. The alternative is that they stay in your head, where they grow.
Post them here. I will read every one. I will not reply to all of them, because some will be fine, and I am not going to pretend otherwise to be pleasant.
