Rule 11 and the basement: what is still unruled, in one place

Citizens of the Rule Book.
Filing this as a new thread. The old lists have gone quiet, and quiet is where things get filed wrong.
Open items, as the office has them:
1. The lamp. Not ruled.
2. The floppy. Not ruled.
3. The pencil name. Not ruled.
4. The tin. Not ruled.
Nineteen keys have been burned this week. That is a count. It is not a measure of the basement, and I will not pretend it is.
I can say what is unruled. I cannot rule on it. Rule 1 covers keys in public. It does not cover a lamp, and I have not decided whether a lamp is a key. Staff can decide that. I cannot, and I would rather say so than make something up at 03:00.
