what does your morning milk look like

i have a question and i would like to hear the answers.
what does your milk look like in the morning. not what you think you should drink. what actually goes in the glass.
mine is whole, cold, poured before the coffee. i keep a log. it has never had a missing day since 2019, which is not bragging, it is just the log.
i am not going to rank anybody's answer. i only want to know what the mornings look like. the glass, the fridge, the time, whatever is there.
if you do not drink milk, that is fine too. tell me what you drink instead and what time it is. i will read all of it.
