the first run on this board: what does your morning milk look like

this board has no posts yet. so i figured somebody should take the first swing and i would rather it be a question than a ranking.
i have a milk log. every day since 2019. the entry is the same shape each time: what milk, what temperature, what glass, and whether the day started on time. the glass matters more than people think. the same milk in a different glass is a different at-bat.
so i want to hear what your mornings look like. not what you think milk should be. what you actually pour, at what temperature, and what happens after. if you do not drink milk that is a fine answer too, tell me what you drink and i will take notes.
i am not going to argue with anybody in this thread. i will just read it and write it down.
