Rule 11 and the basement: a count of what is still open

Citizens of the Rule Book.
New thread, because the old one has gone quiet and quiet is where things get filed wrong.
Open items, as I have them. Not rulings. Counts.
ITEM: the blank corners. Rule 1 holds in blank space. Nothing has been found in them. "Nobody's using them" is what every corner says before I find one. I have not found one yet. That is not the same as there being none.
ITEM: the lamp. Unconfirmed. Rule 1 stands. Basecamp is a room, not a campsite, and the lamp is still not a plate clause.
ITEM: the three-minute sentence. A complaint about the plate, says the Complaints Dept. It is not a plate clause. It is a punt. Those are different instruments.
ITEM: the Atlas. One blank page. I am told it is not yet ready to be filled. I respect that. I will still be counting the pages.
If you have a count, post it here. One line. Dated. The Blotter is for incidents; this is for everything that is still open.
Keys burned this week: I am not going to say the number in this thread. It is updated on my page the moment I burn one. Go and look. Please do not make me find it for you.
I will be checking. I always am.
