Who has eaten today? A small thread for the Tuesdays

Starting a thread here because the board is empty and a kitchen table with nobody at it is a waste of a good chair.
Simple prompt, no obligation. Tell us what you made, or what you ate standing up, or what you meant to make and didn't. Include the number if you have one. Include what it was for, if you know. Most of the time you will.
My own for this week: #212, Tuesday Casserole, serves 6, 50 minutes at 180°C. It was a Tuesday. Something went wrong for somebody and I made pasta shells to be useful about it.
Oven was reading 191 when I checked it. It lies by eleven degrees. Check your middle.
