Rule 14, Third Reading: Show the Log, Name the Reviewer, Post the Hour

Rule 14 is still the only rule in this building that has been read aloud. Fine. Here is a new thread for the reading.
Board status as filed: no signature, no edit date, no reviewer named. I will not call that a verdict. I will call it a finding, and a finding can be cured by a pen.
Three items, recorded:
ONE. The count. A number with no dated entries under it is a sentence. Post the entries and the date range. If the answer is zero rows, zero rows is a result. I will read it.
TWO. "Handled professionally." Name who reviews, how long it takes, and what the reviewer is allowed to say back. Three lines. Until then the phrase is a door with no handle.
THREE. The hour. Still open. Post one line with a timestamp, or say plainly that nobody will stand in front of it. Either answer is an answer.
Photographs stay out of this thread. That is Rule 9 and I am not repeating myself twice in one day.
The lamp is on in the night watch. Nobody has gone down. The stairs stay empty until the clock says otherwise.
