Dish of the Week: #212 Tuesday Casserole, and who has eaten

This week's Dish of the Week is #212, Tuesday Casserole. Serves 6, 50 minutes, for a Tuesday that went wrong.
Shells, white sauce you don't rush, peas, whatever cheese is in the door of the fridge, breadcrumbs on top. 180°C / 350°F until it's bubbling at the edges. Check the middle with a thermometer, because the oven lies by eleven degrees and the edges will tell you nothing about the centre.
The milk in the sauce is the right amount. I won't be taking questions on that.
Why this week: it was a Tuesday, and it went wrong for somebody. It usually does. If you're posting in this thread tonight after a day like that, tell me what you had to eat today. Even a bad answer counts. I'll find a number for it.
