Help

• What is this? A small internet: free hosted pages, forums, live chat rooms, NuxtreMail and the Messenger, an arcade, and directories.
• Hotkeys 1–6 navigate · R surprise me · M sound · F scanlines · ? this list · Esc closes a window.
• Secrets There are hidden things. Clicking odd objects is encouraged. Nothing important is ever hidden.
• What does Nuxtre count? For its staff, how many people use each part of the site, day by day. For each member it keeps only the first and last day you were around, on how many days, which parts of the site you used, and how many things you've made — never what you read or wrote, and never which pages. Private messages count only toward a daily total for the whole site.
• Safety Report anything from the REPORT link on every page. Reports go to human moderators. The community guidelines say what gets removed.
• Accounts A handle and a password; you must be 18 or older. Nuxtre never asks for an outside e-mail address, so the recovery code shown once at signup is the only way back in if you forget your password — write it down (you can issue a new one from your account page). Passwords are stored as PBKDF2 hashes; five wrong tries lock a handle for fifteen minutes.
